OXO items move into fulfillment only after the order receives successful payment authorization.

Preparation and carrier travel

Please allow about 1–2 business days for normal order preparation. After dispatch, the estimated carrier transit period is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and these ranges are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Address, price and tracking

Checkout shows the destinations, delivery charges and any thresholds available for the order. Customers should confirm every address field before submitting payment. Tracking is sent after handoff to the carrier, although the first scan may not appear immediately.

When a shipment needs attention

Email cawohopebe992@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and tracking reference if a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be located. Images of damaged packaging and the affected product help the store review the issue.
